Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using connergrooming.com (“the Site”) operated by Conner Grooming (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at connergrooming.com. By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site, purchasing from the Site, or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Important Information for your dog grooming appointment!

First time clients will need to bring Rabies, Bordetella, and Annual shot records for dogs over 16 weeks. Clients will also be asked to bring in more records if shots are expired. Dogs over 16 weeks will not be accepted until proof of these shots is shown. We have a 48 hour waiting policy after shots are given. Shot records can be emailed to me in advance.  Just contact me and tell me what you’d like to do. Thank you for your cooperation.

Canceling your dog grooming appointment:

I get it, life happens! Some days, I don’t want to get out of bed and I have emergencies too! I’ve even ditched for a sale at Kohl’s. If you know, you know. Just let me know an hour in advance and I can get you canceled, or rescheduled. Failure to do so could result in a $15 fee on your next bill.

By Booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all of these items.

Miscellaneous Terms & Conditions:

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Conner Grooming and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce this material whether by digital or physical without our written consent.  You may “share” our information through the share buttons on our site, which automatically attribute the information to Conner Grooming and this site.

In the event we have created a downloadable file link, you may print and share the file as long as you do not alter it in any way.  We may terminate your access to the Site, without notice, if our security or brand is at risk.  In the event that you have been banned from our site, you may contact us in an attempt to resolve the matter.

We highly encourage you to know your username and password as banning happens most often from repeated attempts to log in with incorrect credentials.

Our Site does contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Conner Grooming.  While we make every attempt to link to safe sites, we can make no guarantees for another entity’s property.  Please use common sense, read other sites’ policies before using them.  Once you leave our site, we have no responsibility for your privacy or safety.

We reserve the right to change these terms.  We encourage you to review these terms periodically.  If you don’t agree with the terms, don’t use the Site.
